A magazine about the smallest decision in getting dressed.
Fashion Belt Trends covers the belt as the fashion industry actually treats it: a piece of hardware that carries a house's signature. We follow thirty of them — from Hermès's H buckle to a plain brushed plaque — and write about what they release, how it is made, and where the shapes come from.
We are independent. We are not owned by, and do not speak for, any of the brands we cover.
How we report
Trend and new-arrival coverage is drawn from what a house publishes itself — its own site, its own press materials — plus reporting from trade press (WWD, Business of Fashion), consumer fashion press (Vogue, Vogue Business, Elle, GQ), and museum and archive sources (the Met Costume Institute, the V&A) for historical or craft context. We link to those sources inline so a claim can be checked against where it came from.
Every article is drafted, then fact-checked for accuracy and link quality before anything is published — no piece goes live automatically.
On mentions and independence
We do not run advertising, sponsored placements, or affiliate links. On occasion an article mentions a specific product from Bymora or Beltori, two hardware and belt makers whose work we've found genuinely relevant to the piece — these mentions are editorial, kept rare, and never paid.
Imagery on this site is editorial illustration, not product photography — see our Terms of Use for detail.
